Several years ago, I was not a huge wine person even after attempting to try different brands of them. But after my trip to Europe over the summer, where I did a ton of wine tastings, I am now interested in trying out all the wine rooms/wineries in town! We stopped at Garagiste after our trip to Crafthaus next door, where they are located on the corner of California Avenue and Casino Center Blvd., directly across the street from Tacotarian. Every time we did our barhopping adventures in the Arts District, we would be around this area later in the night, but Garagiste would be closed by then. But since we got here earlier, we finally got a chance to try them out. We were given a menu once we sat down. When we noticed that they did wine flights, we decided to try their white wine flight. This flight consisted of three white wines originating from three different countries, which were Greece, Germany, and the United States. Their respective names were Skouras, Donnhoff, and Massican. I ended up trying the Donnhoff one first, since I have a little bit of German in me. In all honesty, I rank this as one of my favorite wines from here. My boyfriend's favorite was the Massican. Overall, all the white wines that we tried here were really good. I want to come back next time to try the Donnhoff by the glass since I liked it so much. Oh yeah, they also have a sweet membership that you can purchase! Only four wines a month for just $199 plus tax. Plus, don't forget to sign their guestbook after paying your tab! For the wine lover in anyone, I recommend Garagiste!

Cool spot for a nice glass of wine. Service and great and ambiance was nice. Loved that I was able to explain what I was looking for and he suggested a nice sweet Moscato, a nice pre dinner selection.

Huge selection of wines and fun tasting flights. They carry unusual things you don't normally see. Relaxed atmosphere with fun and friendly bartenders. Cheese plate was solid.

This is the wine shop you have been looking for I'm from SoCal, lived in NYC, and this is the only spot in Vegas that will give you the cozy "wine shop" feeling you have been looking for. Good selection and Taylor gives amazing recommendations. Felt so welcome. I'll be back weekly. Drink the PetNat.
